Do you think it is dangerous or unsafe for PWC riders to have to go about 10+ miles out into the ocean to go around the park rather than through the park using the Intra-Coastal Waterway?

Today, PWC are not allowed to use the ICW through Biscayne National Park. So, instead of riding along the ICW like all other boats (which is only about 2 or 3 miles offshore), PWC are forced out into the open Ocean, in some places it's 10 - 12 miles offshore.
